For the experienced players, check out the local and sectional tournament schedules. Players can play for fun or for rankings points in their age divisions. USTA membership is required to participate in tournaments. Consult the Northern New Mexico Junior Tournament Schedule,

USTA Northern New Mexico hosts a diverse schedule of junior leagues and events year round to engage young tennis players of all ages and abilities. Check out this calendar of events and see if something works for you:
Spring:
- NMAA sanctions the High School Tennis Season in New Mexico in the Spring. Have fun and play for your school. Varsity and Junior Varsity programs are available. See the left navigation bar for details on the NNMTA JV/Club Tennis program. Go to www.nmact.org for varsity rules and regulations.
- The Lucky 7 Tournament Circuit is a rookie series hosted once a month in the spring for the middle school player. See the left navigation bar for more details on the Tournament Circuit.
- Playdays and a spring elementary league for 10U players. Check the left navigation bar for details.
Summer:
- Try Junior Team Tennis (JTT). Teams form in May and June. A six-week season runs June through July. JTT is for intermediate and advanced players. Divisions are divided by age - 12U, 14U and 18U. Summer teams advance to Sectionals. Get more details from the left menu.
- For kids 10U, sign up for the Summer JTT 10U League. Orange and Red Ball players sign up to play matches for their club teams. The six-week season runs June through July with matches played every Monday morning at the Jerry Cline Tennis Center. Click here for programs.
- Play the NNMTA 10U Grand Slam Tournament Series. These are half day Green, Orange and Red Ball events that follow the real slams. Get more details from the left menu.
- Join an NJTL in your area and participate in summer tennis lessons.
- Playdays for 10U players.
Fall:
- NNMTA runs the Middle School Tennis League in September and October. Middle school players play for their schools in a six-week season that culminates in a year-end tournament held at Jerry Cline and the Albuquerque Academy. This event is sponsored by the City of Albuquerque and the NNMTA.
