We are excited to present the second annual Taos Gay Open, this year with national sponsors. The tournament benefits the Outspoken Program, which provides counseling and support to at-risk gay youth. This program is run through The Dreamtree Project, an organization supporting at-risk youth in Taos County since November 2000.
The TGO competition is open to all levels, ranging from the beginners to the advanced players. The entire community is invited to all TGO events: cocktail reception, dinner, dance and of course all matches!
We will host GLBT participants and friends from all around the country. The tournament will offer men’s, women’s and mixed doubles. There will be prizes from local businesses for winners and other special categories. The tournament will be held August 28th and 29th at Taos Tennis at the Quail Ridge Resort.
