JUNIOR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
USTA Southwest is looking for a person to implement the goals of the USTA Player Development Program for the USTA Southwest Section by developing and organizing junior competitive programs and activities, extending into college realm, within the territories of the USTA Southwest and its districts.
Successful candidates will have:
* Strong customer service skills
* Solid tennis playing background and coaching knowledge:
* USPTA and/or USPTR certified
* Administrative and organizational skills
* Effective use of communication, both oral and written
* Efficiency in use of computer, internet, e-mail, appropriate software
* Ability to work well with and motivate individuals and groups
* High energy and enthusiasm with a desire to promote tennis
* Understanding of USTA Southwest tennis programs
* High ethical standards
* USTA membership
* College degree or relevant work experience
DESIRED
* Bilingual
* Tournament Data Manager (TDM) and TennisLink experience
