Job: NNMTA District USTA League Coordinator (DLC)
Salary: Contract position, salary based on league participation
Overview:
The following DLC Requirements adopted by the USTA Southwest Section Board of Directors must be followed by
each District Association. The DLC will function as the link between the SW Section office and the Local NNM
Leagues.
Responsibilities:
Develop local leagues in your District, including the rules guidelines in accordance with:
• Sectional Regulations
• USTA National League Regulations
• Procedures set forth in the USTA NTRP Computer Rating System
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong customer service skills
• Efficiency in use of computers, internet, email, appropriate software
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well with and motivate others.
• High energy and enthusiasm with a desire to promote tennis
• Understanding of USTA Southwest tennis programs
• High ethical standards
• College degree or relevant work experience
NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The USTA District Association may require that the Local League Coordinator perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the USTA League Tennis program.
