Job Postings at Shellaberger Tennis Center, Santa Fe
We are looking for an individual to fill two roles at the tennis center. One is that of a Tennis Instructor for roughly 20 hours per week and the other is that of a Program Coordinator which is also for roughly 20 hours per week.
As a tennis instructor we are seeking someone with several years of experience that is great at teaching both private and group lessons to players of all ages and abilities.
As the program coordinator we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to run and promote existing programs, create new programs, and ensure all the programs are highly successful both in terms of participation levels and quality.
The Shellaberger Tennis Center is a beautiful 6 indoor court facility located in the very nice quaint city of Sant Fe, NM. Between our thriving membership and guests visiting Santa Fe, a good tennis instructor will be able to achieve 20 hours of lessons per week in a short amount of time. And, as the Program Coordinator there will be guaranteed paid hours along with commissions based on success. One can expect an annual compensation in the range of $60,000 - $70,000 the first year. Openness to work on weekends is essential.
