Community Tennis Grant Application

Looking for Money to Help Expand Tennis in Your Community?
USTA Southwest Community Tennis Grants are now seeking applications
for Round 1 of 2010 Grant Cycle

Community Tennis Grant Application

Apply now for Community Tennis Grant Funding.

The Community Tennis department of USTA Southwest is now accepting proposals for grants from tennis facilities and organizations that offer tennis programming within our communities.

More than $20,000 was given in two separate gifting cycles in 2009 to existing tennis programs wanting to expand their reach into the community, and to new organizations looking to add tennis into their existing menu of programming.

Facilities and those with new, innovative tennis programs or efforts are encouraged to apply for USTA Southwest Community Tennis Grants, which will be awarded in early 2010.

Applications are due by Nov. 15, and can be found
HERE.

Examples of past recipients have been school districts looking to implement
QuickStart Tennis, senior-focused programs, League initiatives, afterschool programs, specialized clinics, programs for underserved demographics, and adaptive/disabled programs/tournaments.

To find out more about Community Grant Funding and the application process, please contact USTA Southwest Community Tennis Manager Michelle Moyer at
